Main Pharmacy
The Hospital has an elaborate set-up of pharmacies to cater to varied patient needs. The Main Pharmacy located at OPD2 is the hub of the pharmacy operations of the Hospital. Main Pharmacy which remains open round the clock and stacks more than 5000 items both pharmaceutical and surgical. The other supporting pharmacies are:
Emergency Pharmacy: It primarily caters to the urgent needs of the patients so that there is no delay in treatment.
Welfare Pharmacy: This pharmacy dispenses drugs to economically challenged patients who are treated free of charge after due approval from welfare office. This pharmacy also supplies drugs to Village Health Programme, which is one of our flagship programmes in patient outreach care and service, completely free of charge
Nephro Pharmacy: This pharmacy is exclusively for the patients coming to our Hospital for periodic Dialysis services.
Alternative Medicine Pharmacy: The Hospital has a robust Ayush department where the Alternative Medicine Pharmacy dispenses the patients of Ayurvedic, Unani Naturopathy, and Homoeopathy departments.
Dispensary at Institute of Engineering and Technology: Hospital extends medical facilities to the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow. The facility is equipped with a pharmacy for making the prescribed drugs readily available to the students and staff.
Note: Special Features of our pharmacy:-
- All the items are purchased from genuine companies and authorised stockists having WHO GMP certification.
- The drugs are sold to the patients with at least 5% discount over MRP.
- The unused drugs, if any, are taken back at the purchase price within 30 days.
- All the drugs are sold with computer generated billing and dispensed by professional pharmacists.
- Patients can pay by cash or credit/debit cards.
- The pharmacy strictly follows the standards as per the NABH protocol.
